This morning I awoke to a blazing September sun – how wonderful is that? Sat down, coffee in hand, to plan the day’s chores. At some point I reached for my sweater and put it on although don’t remember doing it.

As I arose from my chair, saw the sky mostly covered with high cloud – very little sunshine.

Someone asked me recently how I cope living with Alzheimer’s and the subsequent life changes. Til she inquired, I really hadn’t thought too much about how daily life had changed. You do what you have to do and absorb the changes as they occur.

I think they sneak up as the clouds and one puts on what’s necessary for the day.
