Doesn’t matter what he goes to get, it’s in the “other” fridge. We have 2 in the kitchen and I’ll be so happy once the reno guys move one downstairs. Anytime W goes to get something, seems it’s always in the “other fridge”.

Tonight when I said that he turned around and smiled his smile, “It always is.”

Thanksgiving weekend here “up North”! It is early this year and with all the work going on in the house, I just about forgot about it – til my sister called and invited us for dinner.

Lots to be thankful about daily. My pantry shelves are full – stuffed to the max. We are very healthy physically which is wonderful for our age:) We have family and friends, I have my Man. Sunday we will have a table full of food.

I have always thought we’d volunteer at a meal for the Gospel center or some such place for Thanksgiving – never came to be as we’d go out of town or have company. Everyone who does volunteer, comes away with a whole new prospective. Pencil it in for next year?

So to all Canadians in blogville, Happy Thanksgiving – we’ll send wishes south of the border a bit later in the year!
