Looked up at the sky and commented that there was no moon or any stars to be seen. He said something but I didn’t “get it”. Asked him to repeat and he did in language I have never heard before. It wasn’t English or French but a totally different language.

He used his same “way” of speaking and I could make out sentences, etc. but the words were totally foreign to me.

In the next breath he spoke normally.

A fitful sleep last night. Me, not him. He slept like a babe.
