Well, our firewood arrived and we’ve been working like crazy getting it in to his shop – under cover before our first snowfall.

I had asked for a certain size so he wouldn’t need to split any – of course, some comes too large.

Anyway, it was really something to watch him put on his steel toed boots and go to work. We’d load the wheel barrel up and he’d push it to the shop and I’d stack. We’re about 1/2 done.

Tonight I was sitting with him watching the Canucks womp Edmonton and marveled how great he looks. Tanned and handsome. He caught me and I told him. Standard reply, “Well, thank you, Honey.” (We enjoyed our first fire of the season tonight.)
