Just got email from a friend – she is so upset as her friend committed suicide 2 days ago. The lady has a husband, 3 children and grandchildren.

Some days seem a bit more difficult than others but we truly are fortunate – we have each other.
As it seems with many cases, there were no warning signs. Everyone is in deep grief wondering if they could have prevented this.

Sorry to lay a heavy on in a post but it really made me think.

Just saw your last two titles and ran over here to see what happened, laughing at first at the juxtaposed titles, then reading…it puts things in perspective quickly. We are very blessed to have one another. I’m sorry for your friend’s loss and for that family’s. Appreciating things a little more today, annie

Hi Annie, thanks. I feel so sorry for everyone. Hopefully it will help others ask for help – I don’t understand what drives a person to such despair they cannot ask for help. Maybe their mind just is not functioning to allow that.

That is so hard to read, and yes, it does put things into perspective, doesn’t it.
