Mark made it know he was very unhappy with the situation. All of a sudden the tech "is available" and "working on her computer as we speak". Mark told him to not touch it. I've been wondering about publishing his name, wondering if it's ethical. I'm quick to name names when they're good experiences, but don't know about the bad ones. <br/><br/>If you do publish their name, some soul will find your review, doubtless, through Google.
