“So, has Buddy had anything to eat?”

“Yeah, a bit ago.”

Moments later, ” Did Buddy get something?”

“Yes, remember we went up and opened a new can?”

“So, have you fed Buddy?” “Yes, at 5:30 – - – “

This goes on hour after hour, day after day – months ago, I told him not to worry about Buddy’s being fed. I would look after it from then on. He knows I will but he has to check – he knew that Buddy may miss his supper if he were in charge . I offered to do it for him.

Dear God, give me patience to never flare up – I’d hate to walk in his shoes.

He brought huge loads of wood in this afternoon, set his boots by his chair (eek). The cat wandered over and set his head on the boots – like a pillow.

When I looked down, I was surprised. “Buddy’s just adores you, Hon, and rests at your feet.”

“If only we could train Mama to do that!”

He laughed til he choked – I pretended to be upset! When he rests his hand on his abdomen and laughs, I know it’s a good one for him.

When he comes out with something like this I freak – are we Ok, is it back to normal? Will tomorrow be normal?

Thought of something today and brought the post up to check – it’s gone. The first 2 sentences are there – rest plain gone.

Has anyone ever had that happen?

My laptop is at H* having a new wireless card installed – hope they didn’t mess around with my blog – maybe they were reading it and fell asleep on the “delete” button:) Have a back up but curious.
