Kind of sad when your “outing” is a dental visit but I love seeing my hygienist.
He likes to go with me and sit in the reception area. Today was too cold (in case he decided to take a stroll). Had to tell him a white one – having a facial so no place to sit and wait.
My sister and husband had lunch with him – I arrived back 4 hours later – refreshed.

So you go to the hygienist’s hygienist. If I lived in the wilds of Canada, I would find out who that was and go to them as well. Anyone who cleans your teeth to your standards AND leaves you refreshed is the hygienist for me.

Hope you didn’t spend the full four hours with the hygienist! but had some time to enjoy for yourself as well (not getting groceries)
