Saw an ad for a townhouse and am meeting the guy on Wed.
Sent emails to family for idea input – location would be very convenient.
May choose from 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and garage.
Maybe I should be looking at apt. style condos but don’t feel ready yet, for that.

Sounds good, Jean. Do they sell townhomes with first floor master bedrooms and laundry? I love ranch-style living now.
Yes, Mary, master on main with en suite, powder room at entry, 2 bedrooms up,full bath up, full basement and also a 7′high room under the garage – they call it a media room. covered patio, gas BBQ. I see the guy tomorrow – after today, I think it’s the right move. The laundry is down – mine now is on main and I like it. Could always get my reno guys to convert a closet – prob would.
