We snuggled and wiggled our toes in the hot, white sand – the water lapped over us – you’re getting burned. “Me, never.”

For 3 days we couldn’t even shower – the pain of the water on our skin! We holed up in our luxurious suite at the Golden Head Beach Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Lewis, our server (slave), checked on us throughout the days and brought us food. He could not believe how badly we were burned. “Oh, wise Canucks, maybe next time you will go easy in our sun – - -” We left temps of -40 arriving at their temps of 120!

Tonight we were looking at pictures of our wonderful holiday in Jamaica – oh, to go back.
