The cat is his life.

Long ago in Dec. 03 when I took him to the SPCA to find a buddy, I thought it would be company.

I now realize that I’m second to a cat.

It’s Ok – for a while I was hurt but today when talking to my brother, it became clear. He suggested that the cat requires no clear answer back, doesn’t make demands he can’t fulfill and is his buddy.

He sleeps on a towel at the foot of the bed – if he lies down to the left of W’s legs, W adjusts his position so the cat has room. This means W is diagonal in the bed leaving me to cling to what mattress is left .

I guess I could be second to a woman.
