Took our lovely neighbor “greenhouse hopping” today! Got my man up earlier than usual and the 3 of us shopped plants til we dropped – well, 2 of us did!

It was a lovely day to be out but after the 2nd greenhouse, he chose to sit in the car. She and I took turns keeping an eye on him while the other browsed. The back seat and trunk were full of lovely flowers and vegetables – fingers crossed!

Was a bit much, so made him lunch and he slept til 5pm. Off to Shirl’s and Robin’s – had dinner there and I washed her hair. She can’t shower for a couple more days.

Home about 8pm – pooped but that’s better than sitting around!

I guess I’ll never get used to how this disease affects the memory.

We were sitting having coffee with friends. Nova Scotia came up – he recounted a couple stories from his teenage years perfectly – then he stands up and can’t find the bathroom.
