It’s been such a help to have company here this week. It’s not that they necessarily “do” stuff but they are here – at night, I sleep better, it’s been great to have two extra sets of eyes and ears. Oh, I did get help moving my armoire into position at the end of the living room, mini system got rewired, etagere moved to guest room, clock got hung again after being down for renovations in February! The computer got updated – gee, they were busy.

This afternoon we shopped around and one time Dan and I just sat in the van, back door open and enjoyed the nice weather. Neil took Wayne into the store – a break for me.

We finished our day having a BBQ with S&R. Shirl’s surgery was a month ago today so needs help clearing dishes, etc. Wayne was a willing helper and would take a setting, walk around the dining table and proceed to set it down again in front of someone. We just steered him to the kitchen.

A lovely day indeed but they leave tomorrow.
