A dear friend is losing her hard fought battle – we are both sad and it’s really been tough on Wayne.
I had to tell him how bad it is because we have so many mutual friends – hit him like a ton of bricks.
I’m hoping he will be able to sleep tonight.
With you in spirit, Friends.
Ouch! It seems more common as we age. One of my neighbours died last week. Her funeral was today. Very sad.
I am so sorry to hear that. Loving thoughts to you both.
Oh my. I am sure such news must be doubly difficult for W.
I will keep you in my thoughts, even more than usual.
I am so sorry that things are going poorly for your friend. I wish her an easy path.
While my Mom was going downhill with her dementia, I told her some bad news. “Oh shoot (or another similar word)” said she, “I didn’t need to hear that.” I felt awful; what was I thinking? Several days later, it was clear she’d forgotten. Thank heavens, in her case, for a short short-term memory. I never reminded her.
I’m praying for you tonight, dear friend!
Much love,
Angie xoxo
With any luck, he will forget it soon. I am sorry.
Praying for you all!
I am so sorry about your friend’s downturn. Loss is hard and dealing with it alone is even harder. You are in my prayers. And I hope you are able to sleep, my friend.
Thankfully, Wayne slept well last night – and actually, early in the evening had forgotten. Your comments were so appreciated – she’s on my mind every moment.
Bear Hugs to all
