So, why do I do this? Shirl and Robin gave us these bedside tables as they bought new ones. I have always loved them and will take good care of my new babies.
Anyway, it was easy to move my previous table out and set this beauty in place (if you like older furniture). A year ago, Wayne decided he’s like a bookcase by his bedside, so we moved one in. He seems to miss his bedside table so I offered to move the bookcase to the guest room. Two problems, (1) I need help moving it and (2) he’s now worried if he can keep his books. I’ve tried to reassure him but I think he is still concerned.
What to do, what to do. I think he should mull the idea over before we do the move! The second bedside table will look great in the guest room but greater in our room.
If this is my biggest worry today, I will be very happy:)
I DO like the new table! I have a similar one in my daughter’s bedroom. It was bought at an antique shop about 10 years ago, and I liked it even though it had a bit of damage on one side.
Thanks, Judy! I think they are wash stands, originally.
What a pretty table, and it looks like the perfect spot for it.
I love that table. It’s similar to the washstand I have next to my bed.
I REALLY like the side table. It looks so antiquey and cozy.
BTW – how do you make pics enlarge like that?
