Coming Up in the World

I bought him olive colored cotton shorts, never expecting he’d wear them.

Well, he not only wears them, he likes them – after 43 years of suggesting, begging or pleading.

Years ago he wore denim cut-offs (remember the 60′s and 70′s?) and I mentioned it to him. He laughed and announced he’s “come up in the world since then.”

My man of many mysteries.

    The perplexities of each day, never knowing for sure what you knew for sure…the stress must be very hard. I am a person of routine and predictability, so it would be hard to adapt, but we do what we have to, I suppose. You are a trooper. Saying prayers for you this evening. Annette
