My poor sweetheart rubs his fingers on his pants causing a crease, crease becomes faded and finally fabric thins out – then an actual tear develops. If he were 15 years old, he’d look cool.

My dear neighbor is a seamstress so over I go with 2 jeans ruined in 3 places on each pant leg. She’s a miracle worker and her repair jobs barely show. I’m kind of wondering about his reaction when he goes to rub and there’s a patch.

He has latched onto his new summer shorts and doesn’t wear anything but – kind of sweet after nearly 43 years. (See, don’t give up – it may take 43 years but you can change him!!! Just kidding, you ladies could probably do it in 20.)
