He stood in the hallway, arms extended toward me, large toothpaste in one hand and his tooth brush on the other – “So which is mine?”

“Yes, that’s yours.”

Slightly irritated, “I know, but which is mine?”

Then (finally) a light went on. He thought both were tooth brushes – about the same length items.

Think it will solve the problem if I buy a smaller tube toothpaste – maybe he will differentiate.
