Slept 10 hours last night – only up a couple times to settle things down – can barely remember being awake – kind of like when one is so, so tired with a new born.

My BIL woke me at 8:30 am as he knew I had physio at 10 am. Wish I could pay him to stay a bit longer but he leaves Friday morn.

Wayne has totally enjoyed having a guy to hang out with – I hope some day to be able to repay his and his wife’s kindness to us on our journey.

And many thanks to all of you for your comments of support – again, hope I am able to repay your kindness in some small way someday – hopefully not in regard to a journey like this, though.

Oh that kind of tired is so scary. You realize you aren’t even thinking as clearly as you believe you are. Studies have shown that alcohol and sleepiness have similar effects on our bodies. I prayed you would get a good night’s sleep and am thankful Wayne is getting in a good visit with his brother. That is good news. I hope you get another one or two as good and can catch up soon. Love, Annette

Hurray for sleep. May the trend continue, Jean. You need rest, too, dear.

I’d say do it again. You need your rest!

I remember the extreme tired when my twins were born, but it was just a short phase of my life and I napped during the day. The sleep disturbances are one of the most difficult issues with AD. I hope it is a phase too, or that the chemical can help regulate it.

Yahooo!! So glad you had a good nights rest….. It will be of great help, I am sure.
You are the one to be appreciated….your honesty and willlingness to allow us to see the inside of this journey that you and many others are traveling without a map.
