Yesterday I had it all planned to meet my friend directly after physio. All during my treatment, visions of what omelet I’d be ordering distracted me:)

Anyway, jumped in the car, raced home, all the while thinking I was on time for our meeting, care was arranged and all is well.

My brain must be in overdrive as I even changed out of my clothes into sweats, poured a coffee and freaked. I’m to be at the golf club right now!

Changed back, flew out the door, heart pounding. Is there a pill for this craziness:)
