We see our specialist Monday – I am looking forward to the appointment, hoping to learn more.

The last bit, it seems I have to “work” to make him alive. He often “just sits” in his chair, sometimes eyes closed as if asleep. It’s worse when he appears to be awake and just sits there. Our last visit, the specialist said “it’s part of the disease process”. I used to think it was depression, Doc says no, part of the process.

Tonight I ran to the grocery for frozen pizza – he is always delighted when I serve him pizza. I know, I know, but at this point, I give it to him. The neighbor watched him as I dashed out. He was all happy to have pizza, ate it, then same old position!!!

I have treadmill to do, exercises, wanted to watch VP debate but he won’t, so I hate to leave him sitting there. We have company coming for Thanksgiving but I guess the house will be – it’s Ok but I like to polish it up.

He gets upset when I vacuum now. Think it’s the noise.

What to do, what to do? If you have any suggestions short of jumping off the nearest bridge (just joking!), pls let me know. Thanks.
