We had a lovely afternoon and evening. The cat episode was forgotten as fast as it happened.
After the guests went to bed, I came to sit in my chair and enjoy the memory of good company, conversation and food.

Everyone is tucked in and sleeping now.

Woke up early this morn to find a cat snuggled between us, under (!!!) the covers.

Although some people may go for this, I don’t – so pulled the cat out, tossed him gently on his mat at the foot of the bed – now both are miffed with me – especially the cat.

Not a good way to start the day with company arriving – sadly,the blessing is, he will (probably) have forgotten about it when he gets up. Or he will be out of sorts all day, not sure why. I’m not telling, if that’s the case.
