We had a lovely afternoon and evening. The cat episode was forgotten as fast as it happened.
After the guests went to bed, I came to sit in my chair and enjoy the memory of good company, conversation and food.
Everyone is tucked in and sleeping now.

Jean–well, it seems you tapped a rich vein by the cat sleeping in the bed quandary. We pet owners weigh in–some in favor, some against co-sleeping with pets.
If only all of life were that simple.
