It’s my mammogram day tomorrow, how fitting, in that Rose lost her battle to metastasized breast cancer this morn – at the young age of 42.
In the space of 3 short months, 2 friends have passed and 2 relatives are battling, yet.
Please, please, book your appointment if you haven’t already, for all the Roses you may know.
Oh Jean–good reminder. I am overdue and keep putting it off.
I’ll call.
Thank you for your comment on my Blog – I was thinking about you too when I wrote it. You have had your share too. We’re all in this ‘life’ together aren’t we?
Mine is due in March, I think. I always get one!
Had mine done yesterday but thanks for the reminder..it is important to take the time to take of yourself.
Mine is set for the day before Thanksgiving. I am faithful to do it. Praying for you as I go.
Precious Friend,
Praying that all went well. I loved the tribute to Rose. She must have been quite a woman.
I pray for you and think of you often because of my own “very slight in comparison” infirmity.
It’s so easy to become a mess in our pool of tears…drowning in the tears and not understanding that if we would “turn off the faucet” we would not have to drown in the pond of our own making.
GOD alone knows why each of us is given at each stage what we go through.
We are to encourage one another and bear one another’s burdens. I hope you can feel me bearing your burden today even a bit, as I lay aside my own “cherished” burden.
Blessings to you both and many prayers,
Teri
Thanks for the gentle reminder to all of us.

It is a good reminder. I had mine yesterday.
Thanks for the reminder. I hope that everything went well with you today!
Seems like every time we turn around, somebody is battling a serious illness. Is it our age? Or just a strange period in time?
Hope things check out for you o.k.
Cyberhugs.
So, how did it go? Hope you weren’t too uncomfortable. Good thing to stay up on these things. God bless you this evening. Love, Annette
