One of the many books I read on AD mentioned how quickly things are forgotten, even something unpleasant.

I talked to Mark today and he warned how badly flights were backed up and canceled yesterday. We chatted about this ‘n that and he said that he and MiHwa would phone once they knew it was a “go”.

Glad it will be no disappointment for Dad as he doesn’t remember they are coming, my lower lip may pout slightly:)

Heavy snow fall here and it’s been coming down all day. We are just going out to shovel for the 2nd time. Cheers!

I can’t imagine being too busy to check blogs or write an entry, but, just in case – - -

Received a Christmas card from the Doc who wrote Wayne’s first prescription for Aricept.

She was working as a locum for our Doc and asked if he were on it – “Why not, for heaven’s sake!!!”

Out came the magic pen and in 3 weeks there was dramatic improvement. A new man. (That was January 2004.)

I will never forget you and can never thank you enough. Thank you for caring enough to keep in touch long after I retired. You are a treasure.
