We stood in the entry saying our good byes and hugging one another one last time before the airport run. It was a wonderful Christmas and I hated to let them “go” – so, one more hug. Felt sorry for MiHwa because Dad held out his hand to shake hers – “No, Dad. A hug!!!” He happily complied – just a wee blip for a moment in time.

All in all, he functioned so well and of course, loved having them home.

(They arrived back home safely at 1:00 am – I’m always grateful to get that message)
