Now he is hearing telephones ringing – which are not ringing. I have set the cell to vibrat* only and turn the ringers off on the house phones – just check call list often or I do see it flash.
Wednesday marks 2 weeks of new Rx – hopefully it will kick in soon.
Today, he jumped up from his nap and said he was sorry but phone was ringing and he couldn’t find it to answer it for me. This doesn’t “bother” me in itself but will be upsetting to him and also disruptive. Hopefully a one time event.
Seriously very worried that we’re picking up speed on this journey.

I wonder if he has tinnitis? As a side effect of the meds? Or maybe not, since it only happened once.

It could be tinnitus, brought on by the meds, as Wendy said. If it keeps happening, by all means tell the doc.
