Our Peace rose has gone wild, at least I guess that’s what is happening. Anyway, started cutting it down to about 24″ tonight.

He asked if I needed help. He loves helping and always is willing but what a time he has. No matter how often I told him to not touch the branches, he did. Between W and I, the neighbors must have wondered what was going on. We were both yelping.

Worked in the garage, big clean up and tossed a lot of useless stuff.

On a brighter note, I discovered a way to help him find the fridge downstairs. I guide him to the stairs and tell him to hold the wall, then feel the freezer, put your hand on the freezer, walk with your hand on the freezer til you see the fridge. Magical solution:) He was so elated to announce he found the fridge. Wish I’d thought of these ideas earlier in our journey.

Your journey will always be a godsend to others. As you discover and share, someone else learns.

Clever, Jean! It’s such a challenge to help the AD brain find new solutions. Your fridge-finding idea was a good one!

    Praying for you and W.

    Love, Laura

I think you are doing just fine–you have figured out SO many other things thus far.
And you have shared them with many of us who are grateful.

“Go where there is no trail and leave a path.” (I heard this expression a long time ago–and I liked it.)

It’s a generous thing that you’re doing here, Jean. Others will definitely benefit from all your discoveries. I was so behind. Just read the last twelve posts to catch up.
    Hugs,

Maybe there are other things you can think about for him too.
