An angel indeed. God bless her. I have observed that many times here in Florida with many elderly patients whom I observe. If they could all realize that it just takes a moment.

How nice to find such compassionate people. We have had a wonderful hygienist for year who calmed the crazy dentist fears of our youngest daughter. Her first hygienist had been too silly, trying too hard to make her enjoy the chair and it backfired badly.
