We had a skiff of snow last night – having had a green/brown Christmas, this was kind of expected and our company loved it.
I actually could sweep the drive and did as our neighbors were still sleeping.
Wayne hated shoveling snow unless it was absolutely necessary, and he felt it was never necessary (once he developed AD). Even if we got 6″ he’d protest and say it’s just going to melt anyway! We have awesome neighbors who often shovel before I get out there. It was rare indeed when the 4 of us would work together clearing driveways.
Anyway, last of company off to airport – the house is very empty and quiet – look forward to their calls sayiing they all arrived home safely, by air.
Glad you had a nice Christmas with your family. A little snow sounds pretty good right now.
Hugs,
SMB
Never in my 68 years, have I swept or shoveled snow. There’s none here to shovel, but I’d go right along with Wayne. I don’t think that would be a job I’d want to do.
I hope your family has arrived safe and sound to their homes. So good to hear that you had your family with you during the Christmas season.
Love,
Dolores
I kind of agree with Wayne…unless I’m the one having to walk on it and then I want it shoveled…..by someone else.
Glad you had a great Christmas.

Glad you have a good Christmas and hope this New Year will bring good things too.
Blessings to you dear Jean in the coming new year. I hope you experience freedom, joy, and peace. I wish the same for Wayne.
Wishing you a happy new year. Sandie
