Sat with a lovely Southern belle the other night – she looked 60ish but learned after that she is in her 80’s – charming and very kind.
It wasn’t long until I wondered if she had AD or if it were just her personality.
After golf yesterday, we heard the diagnosis – the dreaded AD had had raised it’s ugly head and struck.
I wanted to hold him, not her, as she is oblivious – he is sad and very worried. If you need a shoulder, just call – - -
Don’t know how often you will see these people, but it sounds to me like God has placed them in your life, for you to give comfort and probably even some guidance thru the murky waters they are stepping in to. Blessings on you as you minister to them.
I’m being a copy cat, but I must say, “Amen” to Mary Lou’s response….
Love,
Dolores
How sad.
It must be devastating for him. I know you can be a great help to him, Jean.
That must be really hard for him. sandie
